Why I'm building FFS
Two decades in financial services, across operations, transformation and product taught me the importance of personal networks. Nobody builds anything worthwhile alone. You need people. The one you ask the awkward question. The one you moan to when it all goes sideways. The one who celebrates your wins like they're her own.
Running a business can be the loneliest job going, but it doesn't have to be. You started this because you love it, and it should feel that way. Fun, not frustrating.
The big vision will take time. Step one is simple - connecting female business owners across Surrey.

Rome wasn't built in a day. We have big plans but any good product manager will tell you the magic is in starting small and iteratively building out your product based on real feedback. Below is a high-level view of where we are and where we're going, but we'd love to hear from you so that we can create something truly valuable.

We're a Community Interest Company (no. 17295533) — a legal structure that locks our profits into the community. Limited by guarantee, which means profits can't be paid out to owners or shareholders: the CIC is run entirely for the benefit of the community (that's you!). Every penny from tickets and (eventually) memberships goes back into building this.
